For those attending the ceremony only;

You will need your own;

  • Plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, mugs
  • Drinks
  • Something to sit on if needed
  • Sun protection/ Rain protection (if forecast requires)
  • Bug spray
  • Festival outfit if you're down to party into the night.

If you forget anything, don't panic! There will be plenty of people around who will be able to hook you up.

Extra bits

Some things to give your camp site a bit of flair - Bunting, lights, decorations.


If you're in a campervan, you may need the appropriate power adapters.




Venue Info



The camp ground is a well equipped for high volumes of people, there are plenty of fridges and cooking facilities, toilets and showers, see the website for all the details.. https://www.oldmacs.co.nz/


No glass is permitted on site, so please no small glass bottles (beer RTDs, Kombucha etc).
Wine and spirit bottles are okay, but drinking vessels must be plastic, ceramic or metal.



Kids Area



We want the whole family to be able to come along so we will have a dedicated kids area with activities and shade.


If you have anything you can contribute to this space please get in touch, all gazebo, toys, activity ideas are welcome.



Festival Program

If you have anything to offer we would welcome any contributions such as performances and activities or 'destination' tents. Please get in touch as all support is much appreciated.
